They are looking for an entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager with an international mindset. Job description

As an Area Sales Manager you are responsible to create new customers and grow existing customers while increasing customer satisfaction globally. In this role you use your track record in Sales & Marketing to build and maintain successful business partnerships.


Main tasks and responsibilities are:

Explore market potentials and Achieve sales growth

  • Definition of sales targets; obtain orders and establish new accounts; plan and organize daily work; visit and/or call existing and potential customers; evaluate customer’s needs; recommend solutions with the company’s products; keep management informed through regular activity reports and communications
  • Focus on customer retention and new business penetration

 Ensure customer service and satisfaction

  • Regularly visit points of Sales and develop a thorough understanding of customer’s business; advise customers on the product portfolio, new products and technical evolutions.

Develop your company’s image and brand

  • Participate to promotional and commercial activities
  • Recommend changes in products and service by evaluating product results and competitive developments
  • Provide ongoing information regarding market trends, issues and requests related to products

Profile

The ideal candidate can rely on:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, post graduate degree is a strong asset
  • minimum 5 years of experience in a direct sales role
  • Passion for International Business
  • Passion for Textiles!
  • Healthy sales drive and hunting power!
  • Affinity for technically complex products
  • Focus on developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in Dutch, English and at least 1 other language
  • Inquisitive personality with strong business mindset
  • Mature self-starter with sense of ownership and willing to invest in personal growth
  • Up to 50% of travelling
