Job description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling, nurturing and closing inbound leads. As a SPOC, you educate prospects through passionate storytelling, demonstrating the impact of your solution on their organization and customers. Together with the Business Development Manager, you will create a healthy pipeline, increasing quality and quantity of leads and shortening the sales cycle. You will play an essential role in the further growth of the company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Follow up on inbound leads and creating a sense of urgency
  • Quickly learn about the products by handling renewals
  • Give online demo’s and train resellers
  • Continuously inform and inspire end-users and sales partners with best practices and new features
  • Manage leads and deals in the CRM
  • Improve lead generation flow

Profile

The ideal candidate can rely on:

  • Bachelor of Master degree
  • Minimum a first experience in a customer facing role (B2B)
  • Experience in value-based selling and/or channel sales is a plus
  • Tech enthusiast with at least a strong interest in digital content
  • Optimistic, organized, pragmatic and creative mindset
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
  • Ambitious, dynamic, driven, entrepreneurial, result-oriented, taking ownership
  • Open for international travel (USA, Canada, UAE, ME, Europe, …)
