Are you passionate about the automotive industry? Would you love to be Account Manager for a strategic client representing 35% of your company's turnover? Do you have experience with Inside Sales and/or Customer Service?

As Inside Sales Account Manager, you will act as SPOC and handle all sales support for the most important key account of the company. You will join a dynamic inside sales team and report to the Sales Manager. This position has realistic growth opportunities to a full fledge Key Account Management role.


  • First line contact for all kinds of issues, for which you will make sure that they are handled by the right department (e.g. Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, …)
  • Providing the customer with timely feedback
  • Follow up and feedback on pricing requests
  • Analysing of large data sets
  • Assisting in follow-up of different (strategic) projects at the customer
  • Close collaboration with other departments (e.g. Purchasing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, …)


  • Minimum a Bachelor degree
  • At least 3 years experience within a customer service / inside sales position focussed on large accounts
  • Passion for relationship management with key accounts (SPOC)
  • Able to communicate with different stakeholders at different levels
  • Analytical mindset
  • At least affinity with technical components within the automotive sector (training is provided)
  • Punctual, pro-active, solution oriented, customer driven
  • Stress-resistant and able to work in a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
