Description

  • Oversee international projects on-site, holding ultimate financial responsibility for the site.
  • International projects where you will spend 70% - 80% of your time abroad;
  • Optimize and enhance processes and systems;
  • Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and risks;
  • Coach team members to ensure effective performance and collaboration;
  • Communicate directly with controllers for accurate financial reporting;
  • Negotiate with local banks and maintain close contact with subcontractors;
  • Supervise controllers and manage budget control;
  • Ensure the project remains financially aligned;
  • Support in strategic planning thereby challenge action-oriented financial and operational objectives.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in finance or a related field;
  • You must have at least 10 years of experience in the sector of dredging or off-shore services or construction and/or project management;
  • You must have at least a European nationality;
  • Broad generalist with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work efficiently, and communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Fluent in English (proficiency in Dutch is a plus)
