Then you are the Marketing Manager we are looking for. Our client is expanding their marketing team, and therefore, a new role has opened. The company is an international specialist in engine solutions for a wide range of industries.

Description

  • You define, develop and implement the  marketing strategy for the industrial market
  • You understand the needs and opportunities in your market and you help the regional marketing teams to create more reach in their markets
  • You co-develop the go-to-market business plans and include the necessary marketing support
  • You supervise the implementation of all marketing and communication actions
  • You keep track of the client needs, market needs and actions of competitors. You also share these insights with internal departments such as product management, branding,…
  • You manage the marketing budget for your segment

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • You have relevant experience in heavy equipment industries (trucks, construction, agriculture, mining,…) in a similar role
  • You are a strategic thinker but you have a hands-on mindset as well
  • You are an excellent communicator with solid persuasion and presentation skills
  • You are business savy and analytical to understand the necessary numbers for planning and budgetting
  • You are fluent in English, any other language is a great asset
  • You are open to travel (30%)
